Commission prize is determined by its type, scope, and complexity. Reach out to discuss specifics.

Requesting significant modifications may signify additional charges. To avoid this, updates will be provided at various stages for client feedback.

Payment is required before work begins. For larger projects or multiple pieces, payments may be made in installments.

The preferred payment method is PayPal, though alternative options are available due to certain limitations within PayPal’s terms of service.

--- Deliverables---

The client will receive a full-resolution digital image in JPEG or PNG format and a speed-paint video in MPEG-4 format of the whole artwork process.

--- Usage Rights ---

The commissioned artwork and process video may not be used for NFTs (non-fungible tokens) under any circumstances.

The artwork and video may not be utilized for machine learning, AI training, or any artificial intelligence-related purposes.

The artist retains the right to display and promote the commissioned work and video unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If exclusive rights are requested, additional fees will apply.

The client may not claim ownership, modify, or resell the artwork unless explicitly permitted through a separate written agreement.

Commercial commissions are subject to additional terms and pricing.

Refunds will be issued only if the artwork has not yet been started or if an external factor prevents the project from being completed within the agreed timeframe, plus an additional stipulated margin.
